She does have some surface rust on the tank (its not rusted through just formed from some scratches) but this will come off when you repaint it, the inside of the tank is nice and clean.
Have a look at Shedworks they do a great combined tank and seat kit with mudguards ready painted, this would transform her, front brake lever and handlebars are bent

She is at 35 year old motorcycle project which is running and rides but is far from new, these bikes are used for off road trials / racing and sold as an ongoing project for ongoing maintenance, repairs and or restoration with no warranties given or implied.
